- Items damaged after delivery

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. You may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
